I manage the calendars for the c-suite; CEO, COO and VP of Technology. This can mean working across at least 3 time zones, liaising with seed funders and investment houses, arranging security clearances and booking travel.

I manage invoicing and bank reconciliation, provide support for in-person events, manage newsletters and email broadcasts, liaise with members and Fellows and keep the website up to date. I also act as VA to their Chair, Hans-Bernd Kittlaus, who runs InnoTivum
